Visit of Director Immigration, Migrant Repatriation Program (Out Pass)

JOHOR BAHRU – Around the visit of Tuan Baharuddin Bin Tahir, Johor State Immigration Director to the Migrant Repatriation Program (Out Pass) located at the Enforcement Division, Johor State Malaysian Immigration Department, Wisma Federaluk, Johor Bahru.

Implementation Period: 1 March 2024 to 31 December 2024

The Migrant Repatriation Program is an initiative by the Government aimed at giving the opportunity to illegal immigrants (PATI) who have committed the offense of entering and staying in Malaysia without a valid passport or permit, overstaying in Malaysia, the offense of violating the conditions of the passport to return to the country of origin.

Requirements and Procedure:

– Have a valid passport or travel document

– Have a return ticket to the country of origin

– Attend the Immigration Enforcement Division at Wisma Federaluk, Johor Bahru with a return ticket to the country of origin with a travel date not exceeding 14 days from the date of attendance at the office

– Compound payment only through Debit Card/Credit Card/Touch ‘n Go eWallet only

– PATI attends without having to make an appointment (Walk-In)

JIM would like to remind all PATIs to take this opportunity immediately and not wait until the last minute and not use the services of middlemen or agents for the Migrant Repatriation Program (Out Pass) matters.

1. Federal Wisma Enforcement Division – starting March 1, 2024
2. Muar Immigration Office – from 1 Apr 2024
3. Batu Pahat Immigration Office – from 1 April 2024
