Kuala Lumpur City Hall through the Enforcement Department in collaboration with the Bukit Bintang Branch Office and the Licensing and Business Development Department implements Special Actions on the Activities of Unlicensed Hawkers and Foreign Hawkers around Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur. This special action is made suddenly through inspections and enforcement actions on business and peddling activities such as peddling food, drinks, accessories, clothes, burgers and other activities that commit the offense of conducting business without a license, misusing a license, obstructing business trade in public places and foreign peddlers. Through special actions carried out, DBKL made 15 actions to confiscate and move goods / equipment placed in public places against restaurant/stall owners (2 cases), hawkers without a national license (9 cases) and hawkers without a foreign license (4 cases). through offenses under the Roads, Drains and Buildings Act 1974 and the Hawker Licensing Act (WPKL) 2016.

DBKL also issued 1 enforcement notice under Section 46, Roads, Drains and Buildings Act 1974, 2 compound notices for Unlicensed Hawkers and 2 compound notices for Appointing Foreign Stall Assistants under the Hawker Licensing Act (WPKL) 2016. Seized goods and equipment are transferred to Setor Siatan DBKL Jalan Lombong Taman Miharja Cheras for temporary storage records and documentation.
