Beware of foreigners impersonating Muslims to collect donations

Last October, during the Dewan Rakyat session, former Minister of Human Resources, V. Sivakumar revealed that the projected number of foreign workers until September 30 this year is more than 2.7 million people.

That number includes more than 1.8 million Temporary Work Visit Pass holders and more than 150,000 foreign workers who have not yet entered Malaysia. Meanwhile, illegal immigrants (PATI) who are registered under the Workforce Recalibration Program 2.0 are 747,167 people.

Based on that number, there is a need for the government and the authorities to monitor the influx of foreign immigrants into this country because various problems are caused by this group to the local population in addition to having various problems such as stubbornness, thugs, polluters and seizing various areas of work that were previously carried out by local traders.

In addition, there are also activities of begging and using the Islamic religion to find money easily.

There are among them entering villages and residential areas wearing songkok and dressed as Muslims and carrying surah Yasin to collect donations from the public.

When asked about the rukan prayer and asked to say two words of shahadah, they could not answer and ran away.

It is clear that these people are not Muslims but just pretending to be Muslims to collect donations from the public.

It is hoped that the authorities can take note of this matter and take immediate action for the well-being of the people.
